The Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf (Oberlandesgericht Düsseldorf) has rejected the FIFA’s appeal against the decision of the District Court of Dortmund regarding suspension of certain provisions of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations
This ruling is final. Accordingly, the provisions of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations currently remain suspended for the German market, meaning that they do not apply to transactions involving German persons and entities (clubs, agents and players/coaches).

FIFA DRC accepted the player’s claim for outstanding remuneration and compensation for breach of contract.
FIFA Players’ Status Chamber (PSC) decided in favor of the coach Marian Mihail (Romania) in his employment-related dispute against the football club PSS Sleman (Indonesia)
FIFA PSC acknowledged that the football club terminated the contract with the coach without just cause and, accordingly, accepted the coach’s claim for compensation for breach of contract.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) had overruled the decision of the FIFA PSC in the dispute between PFC Botev (Bulgaria) and Fremad Amager Elite APS (Denmark)
In contrast to the FIFA PSC position, the CAS has concluded that the parties have duly signed a valid waiver in relation to the sell-on fee stipulated by the transfer agreement and PFC Botev was not liable for payment of the sell-on fee. In this regard, the FIFA PSC’s decision was set aside.
